To enable movement and steering in mobile robots, two motors are necessary. However, only we have the ability to achieve this with a single controller. The Dual Channel approach offered by us is less complicated, more cost-effective, and simpler to integrate and maintain compared to the traditional One Motor/One Controller method. This approach coordinates both motors within the controller, providing superior and safer driving characteristics.
Interface with Anything
Our controllers can be easily operated from a variety of devices, including simple push buttons, joysticks, radios, PLCs, or computers. Additionally, the controllers offer a significant number of Pulse/Analog/Digital Inputs that can be utilized for limit switches, potentiometers, encoders, buttons, or sensors. The controllers also come equipped with Digital Outputs that enable braking, lights, or solenoids. If you require more IO, you can use the RIOX IO eXtender via CANbus and have virtually unlimited options.

Brushless motor controllers function by generating a rotating magnetic field within the coils of the motor. This causes the magnets on the rotor to follow and produce rotation. While the typical 6-step Trapezoidal rotation can be rough, Our controllers are capable of producing a more sophisticated and quieter 512-step Sinusoidal rotation. With the assistance of advanced Field Oriented Control (FOC), the motor operates at peak efficiency at all times.

SBL FAMILY
We offer compact and low-power controllers for brushless DC motors, available in single or dual channel options. These controllers utilize advanced Roboteq Core Technology and have multiple connectivity options with scripting support. They have a bottom conduction plate and can provide up to 30A and 60V of power. These controllers are intended for machine control and robotics applications. The SBL1xxx controllers require Hall Sensors to operate and only support the Trapezoidal mode, while the SBL2xxx models also support Sinusoidal mode with Field Oriented Control.
KBL/MBL FAMILY
We offer single channel controllers for medium power brushless DC motors, equipped with advanced Roboteq Core Technology and multiple connectivity options with scripting support. These controllers can provide up to 120A of power and have several voltage options up to 60V. They feature a conduction cooling plate with an ABS Plastic cover and are intended for machine control and robotics, as well as for AGV and small electric vehicles. The controllers support Trapezoidal commutation and Sinusoidal mode with Field Oriented Control, and are available in a Basic version (MBL1xxx).
FBL FAMILY
To power high-end electric vehicles, personnel carriers, golf carts, and other industrial applications, we offer single-channel, feature-rich brushless DC motor controllers. These controllers are built with our advanced Core Technology and come with multiple connectivity options and scripting support. With a heavy conduction cooling plate and ABS plastic cover, these controllers are capable of handling very high power up to 300A and several voltage options up to 96V. These controllers are ideal for automated guided vehicles, agricultural robots, electric boats, and other high power applications. They support both Trapezoidal commutation and Sinusoidal mode with Field Oriented Control.
GBL FAMILY
We offer highly powerful Brushless DC Motor Controllers in both Dual and Single Channel configurations. These controllers are packed with our advanced Core Technology, multiple Connectivity options, and Scripting support. They can handle up to 2 x 180A or 1 x 360A with several voltage options up to 96V, and come with a heavy conduction cooling plate with an ABS Plastic cover, with optional water cooling available. These controllers are targeted towards high-power applications such as heavy materials handling equipment, automated guided vehicles, personnel carriers, and agricultural robots. They support both Trapezoidal commutation and Sinusoidal mode with Field Oriented Control, ensuring optimal performance.
